Clinic Assistants

Job Description

  • Reporting to and assisting the Resident Family Physician in clinic operations.
  • Dispensing of medications.
  • Handling of front counter duties like patient registration, answering enquiries, cashiering etc.
  • Handling of laboratory test specimens.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum General Certificate of Education (GCE) Ordinary Level or equivalent.
  • A recognised Certificate  in Healthcare (Outpatient Care) or equivalent is an advantage.
  • Able to work shift duties.
  • Prior dispensing experience is preferred. However, training will be provided for promising candidates with no prior experience.
  • Only Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents need to apply.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Admin & Operations Officer

 Job Descriptions

  • Provide administrative support in all aspects of clinic operations.
  • Preparation of monthly reports
  • Liaise with external parties and government agencies
  • Any other responsibilities and assignments by the Operations Manager

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline with at least 1 year of relevant experience / A Levels with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Experience in online space (facebook, web, email. search etc) will be added advantage
  • Able to work independently and managed assigned tasks within agreed timeline
  • Willing to work as a team and contribute to company's growth
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication are essential
  • Training will be provided

Admin & Accounts Officer

Job Descriptions
  • Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Check, verify and process invoices, expenses claims and reimbursements
  • Check that proper authorization has been obtained before processing payments to external suppliers and employees
  • Assist in bank reconciliation
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Accountancy
  • Knowledge in MYOB Accounting Software will be an added advantage
  • Able to work independently and managed assigned tasks within agreed timeline
  • Meticulous and well organised
  • Training will be provided
  • Only Singaporean / S-PR or Malaysian needs apply
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
